Tax refund for online shopping

I'm an international student in England (will graduate in Sep 2011). If I do online shopping and have the goods sent to my UK address, can I do tax refund for those purchases. If so, how can I do it?

Unfortunately you are not able to get a tax refund on VAT unless you are leaving the to an non-EC country a few months after purchase. Please see here for more details:
